Custom orders and special-built rims are non-returnable unless defective or damaged during transit. Standard items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original condition. Restocking fees may apply. RWR products are built to last, and we stand behind their quality. Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use. Misuse, improper installation, or modification voids all warranties. Please contact us for warranty claim procedures.
